Who we are
DJ Hyvyb is a DJ and MC service in Hollywood, Florida, serving South Florida. It is a business of MITS SFL, Corp. This page explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Instant quotes. When you request a quote, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone, event type, date, start and end time, guest count, venue, what you need and how you heard about us. We also record the IP address the request came from, to stop repeated or automated requests.
- Contact form. We receive your name, email, phone, event type, date, guest count, venue and message.
- Free guide. If you ask for the guide, we receive your name, email and phone, and we send you the guide followed by a short series of emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Accepting a quote and paying a deposit. Your quote page records when you view and accept it. Deposits are paid by Zelle or by card. Card payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own page; we never see or store your card number.
- Booking a call. Our booking page uses our own scheduling system at book.djhyvyb.com, which receives the details you enter to book (such as your name, email and phone).
- Calls, texts and WhatsApp. If you call, text or message us, we receive your phone number and what you send.
- Site statistics. We count page views and button clicks with our own tool. It sets no cookies. It keeps a random visitor number and the ad campaign you arrived from in your browser's storage, works out an approximate location, and does not store your IP address.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, prepare and send quotes, take deposits, schedule calls, plan and deliver your event, and keep our business records. Quote and contact requests are also saved in the customer records system our company runs. We do not sell your information.
Who else is involved
- Your information is stored on servers our company manages. We use email to send you your quote and to notify our team of new requests.
- Your quote page includes the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tells Meta that a quote page was viewed so we can measure our ads. Meta receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies.
- Card deposits go through Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.
- The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and Thumbtack take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Call or text (954) 806-0142 and we will respond. To stop guide emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
